Wimbledon Championships is widely regarded as the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament and it is part of the four Grand Slams. The tournament is played at the “All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club” in London on outdoor grass courts. There is a total of 19 courts, with Centre Court and Court no. 1 being the largest. Since 2009 the Centre Court has a rectractable roof to protect the ground, players and the public from rain. The defending champions for the 2010 edition are Roger Federer and Serena Williams.
